You must fill out this form EVERY YEAR to volunteer.
We are ready to help our students make some memories this year and need YOUR help to make that happen. See below for instructions/information about clearances needed.

To Join the PTA:
Two ways to join!
- Consider joining online here to be entered in a drawing for an Amazon gift card!
- Print and complete the 2025-2026 LNES PTA Membership form and return with payment to your child’s teacher in a sealed envelope Attn: “Alyssa Timberman, PTA Membership.” Checks can be made out to LNES PTA.
The cost is $12.00 for a single membership, or $18.00 for two. Checks should be made payable to “LNES PTA” and sent in with your child in an envelope marked “Attn: Alyssa Timberman, PTA membership”. Include the membership form in your envelope.
*Important Note About Your Clearances*
You must have all of your clearances on file WITH THE DISTRICT OFFICE. Even if in the past you brought them to your child’s school, you must now take them to the district HR office, located in the district admin building behind the High School. You may do so during business hours for the district. Once on file your clearances are valid for 5 years!
