Volunteer Opportunities –

Please fill out this google form to sign up to volunteer at LNES.

THIS MUST BE DONE EVERY YEAR TO BE ADDED TO YOUR CHILD’S CLASSROOM VOLUNTEER ROSTER. There are 4 positions available. Please indicate in the google form which position(s) you are interested in. 

  • Room Parent – serve as a liaison between the teacher and parents to coordinate classroom activities (including field trips) for the entire year, must have clearances – Google form must be completed by 9/12 to be considered for this position.  All Room Parents will be required to attend a meeting with Mr. Santos and the Volunteer Coordinator (Beth Janis) prior to any classroom activities. This meeting is tentatively scheduled for Monday, September 22nd at 9:30 AM in the cafeteria. If you have any questions about this position please email them to lnesvolunteer@gmail.com.
  • Classroom Volunteer – help plan/assist with class activities, must have clearances – this list can be added to at any time during the year. The google form will remain active and names will be processed ASAP.
  • General Volunteer – help at events that do not require clearances (work sessions, FUNfest, etc.) 
  • Donate Supplies – provide donations for school/class activities

Please see the Board & Committee page to see which positions need filled. Click on each Committee to see a brief description of each (pending-work in progress). Please attend our LNES PTA Open House on Thursday, September 4th at 7 PM in the LNES Cafeteria to learn more about how to get involved.

Event Volunteers –

A sign-up genius for each activity will be shared as they are available. Dates are listed before the sign-ups in order to help volunteers plan accordingly. Events open to the public DO NOT require clearances (Vendor Event, FUNfest, etc.).
